Shipping policy

At Mano Home, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and providing the best possible service. Please review the following Shipping Policy for details regarding order processing and delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is confirmed, excluding public holidays.
  • The customer will be notified when the order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping company.

2. Order Confirmation Deposit

  • When confirming an order, the customer is required to pay 10% of the total order value as a confirmation deposit.
  • The amount paid will be deducted from the total order value upon completion of the purchase.
  • The order will not be prepared for shipping until the confirmation deposit has been paid.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery governorate and address. The shipping cost will be displayed to the customer during checkout.

Exceptional delays may occur due to increased order volumes, circumstances beyond our control, or circumstances related to the shipping company.

4. Order Tracking

After the order is handed over to the shipping company, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer. If a tracking number is available, it will be shared with the customer to allow them to track the shipment status.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid phone number when placing your order.

Mano Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
